Maria was planning her dad's 85th birthday party and knew that she had to have Elvis come for her dad's special day. She found James Kruk on GigMasters and shared her event story with us!
"We recently celebrated my dad's 85th birthday! He loves Elvis and we knew we had to hire James Kruk Number One in Southern California! The hiring process was very easy through GigMasters. James responded to our request promptly and once we hired him, he was immediately in contact with me to get details on the event. He followed up several times with me before the event to make sure he had all of the correct information for the time, date and location of the venue. He explained what his show consisted of and how he worked. I have to say, we were expecting a good performance, but James was outstanding! He and I talked days before about things regarding my that James would incorporate in his show."
"On the day of the event, he showed up with plenty of time to introduce himself, get acquainted with the rest of my family and friends, and to set up his equipment. He waited patiently until the birthday boy showed up and was ready to start the show as scheduled. Once the show started, we were transported back in time to Elvis's time period! Our family and friends were having a blast singing along with James, and the birthday boy? Well what can I say? He was moved to tears when James told stories about him, reliving my dad's experiences in the army when my dad saw Elvis in concert. He also talked about other experiences my dad had and this made my dad so happy. At one point he even invited my dad up to sing with him!"
"James did a fantastic job of engaging with the rest of the guests. We had over 100 guests and James was excellent at moving through the room and including as many guests as possible. After the show finished, he spent a good amount of time posing and taking pictures with many (if not all) of the guests. What a great guy!!!"
