# [Real Event - A New Orleans Proposal](https://itg.thebash.com/thepartystartshere/new-orleans-proposal)

Brenden (from Los Angeles!) was planning a proposal in New Orleans. “I planned to propose in the French Quarter in front of Muriel’s restaurant at sunset. I thought the perfect touch would be a New Orleans brass band.” Brenden booked with [Brian Murray Traditional Jazz Band](https://www.gigmasters.com/brass-band/brian-murray-traditional-jazz-band/) to help make his proposal even more unforgettable!

Brenden shared that "Brian Murray’s band was perfect. They showed up promptly and dressed professionally. They played beautifully, with joyful energy. They were everything I imagined they would be. They performed a cover of Carol King’s “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow” that I will never forget. And my fiancée won’t either. And did I mention, they work at a more affordable rate than almost any other band of their caliber? Thank you Brian. And thank you Gigmasters. Without you my engagement wouldn’t have been quite so special."

We love a good proposal story! Thanks Brenden for sharing you story with GigMasters.
