Jackie Taylor came to GigMasters to book a guitarist for a special event she was planning. Along with Calla Rowell, she owns Mercer + Smith Events in Gainsville, FL, and they were putting together a co-ed bridal shower for their clients Lauren & Zach. Jackie had booked Denis Vasenin for her own wedding in 2015, and knew he was exactly what she wanted!

"Mercer + Smith Events is a small boutique event planning company in Gainesville, FL operated by Calla Rowell and Jackie Taylor. For their first major event as Mercer + Smith, they immediately recommended professional guitarist Denis Vasenin to their client for the entertainment. After working with him a couple years ago for Jackie's wedding, they knew he would be the perfect match for this occasion. They were celebrating Lauren and Zach's upcoming wedding with a co-ed coastal themed shower at the Boxcar at Depot Park in Downtown Gainesville, FL. Denis provided beautiful acoustic guitar in both classical and contemporary styles. At any given moment you could hear guests commenting on how talented Denis is.
