It was To the Moon & Back Foundation’s first fundraiser and attracted 150 guests who came wearing their most impressive cocktail creative attire. Attendees had a fabulous evening celebrating with a cause at the Atlanta City Hall Atrium dancing to music provided by DJ Reggie Love, capturing moments with photos by Bow Tie Photos LLC, caricature drawings by The Toon Guy and videography by Keven Williams, mini-DJ sessions by ScratchOutLoud, and enjoying delish food by Teranga Catering Without Borders."

"To the Moon & Back Foundation’s Founder/President celebrated her 40^th birthday by selflessly hosting Celebration with a Cause and all proceeds benefited the foundation. To the Moon & Back Foundation is a non-profit that is committed to implementing initiatives in Atlanta, Georgia and Lorain, Ohio focused on education, health and community engagement with a mission to "pay it forward today to make a better tomorrow!" Public health philanthropist Tamira M. Moon established the foundation in honor of her late mother, Theresa “Tippie” Moon who passed at the young age of 49 of a rare cancer called leiomyosarcoma. The foundation is "Changing communities through the power of giving!”
