"Our idea for Valentine’s Day 2018 was to keep it simple, classic, and sexy. Our current Culinary director, renowned chef and pastry professional Chef François Payard designed the menu with the holiday in mind. It was seamlessly executed by up and coming chef Byron Penafiel. Jay and Lee, along with their percussionist put on a superb show for us, with rhythmic acoustics which really tied our atmosphere goals together. We had a booked out restaurant, and our only complaint is that we wish we could’ve sat more people! Thanks again for making booking so easy!"
