The Bash Text AlertsLooking to improve your response time for your leads on The Bash? Opt in to our text message alert feature so you can receive a text whenever you get a new lead or message from a client on The Bash!

The Bash Text Message Alert Feature

With our free text message alerts feature, you can start receiving incoming booking request alerts and client message alerts in real-time! We’ll text you the moment a booking request and/or client message comes in. The faster you’re aware of new leads, the faster you can respond them.

Messages Will Come From...

Your text-leads will come from the following number: (203) 916-6816. Please note, we are not able to receive calls or texts to this number. If you need any assistance you can reach out to our Account Services team directly at (866) 342-9794 or info@thebash.com.

Also keep in mind: There is no charge from The Bash to receive text message leads. Standard message and data rates do apply (in other words, the normal fees you pay your cell phone carrier to accept texts).

Ready to receive your lead alerts on the go?

In an industry where clients are wanting to instantly lock down vendors, a time-sensitive response can make all the difference between winning their business or losing out to someone quicker to the call. So get those fingers in motion and take advantage of this free feature now!

The text alert feature couldn’t be simpler to activate. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Control Panel and go to your 'Account' tab.

  2. Click the 'Edit' link alongside 'Contact Information.'

  3. Find the 'Text Message Notifications' section and check 'Lead Alerts' box to get notified when a booking request comes in and the 'Client Message Alerts' box to get notified when a client messages you.

  4. Enter the mobile number that you would like text message alerts to be sent to.

  5. Click the 'Save' button.

If you have multiple profiles on The Bash, make sure to opt in to this feature for each one.

Please note: In some very rare cases, mobile carriers may filter text messages that are coming through due to their own regulations - this can cause a delay in receiving text messages or not receiving them at all. Although we follow all the best practices for ensuring our text messages get delivered to our members, there are some filters and restrictions from mobile carriers that are out of our control. We strongly urge you to always check the lead alert emails and client message emails you receive to ensure no request/response falls through the crack.
