GM Leads Inbox

If you feel like your gig requests are getting out of hand, we're here to help. Your leads will always be added to your inbox, but you can organize them into folders of your choice. Creating and naming your folders is a great way to make sure no gig falls through the cracks!

Consider creating individual folders for your booked gigs, upcoming gigs, and past gigs. This will help keep you organized as you're receiving requests and getting booked by clients.

To get started on creating and renaming folders, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Control Panel and go to your Leads tab.
  2. As a new member, you'll have five archive folders. Choose one of them by clicking on it.
  3. Click the 'rename' link at the top of the page and type in the new name of the folder.
  4. Click 'update folder name' link to save the new folder name.

To delete a folder, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Control Panel and go to your Leads tab.
  2. Click the folder name that you'd like to delete.
  3. Click the 'delete' link at the top of the page.
  4. Click the 'confirm folder deletion' button to finalize it.

To move gig requests into your new folders, just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Control Panel and go to your Leads tab.
  2. Click into a folder to find the gig(s) that you'd like to move to another folder.
  3. Click the empty checkbox to any gig that you'd like to move to another folder.
  4. Directly below the last lead, you'll see a dropdown next to 'move selected items to.' Choose the folder you'd like to move the gig(s) to.
  5. Click 'go' - you'll now see the gig(s) in the new folder.
